Warehouse Supervisor - İzmir/Tire

• Ensuring the proper placement of products from production within the warehouse area and coordinating shipments to be accurate and timely.
• Managing the accurate and complete transfer of warehouse stock information.
• Checking and planning the adequacy of products, personnel, and equipment according to customer shipment plans, inter-factory transfer needs, and material arrival plans.
• Managing shift schedules and leave tracking for the team under your responsibility.
• Communicating with transport suppliers to organize the required vehicles according to shipment plans.
• Conducting weekly waybill checks and invoice confirmations with transport suppliers.
• Organizing the accuracy of documents for raw materials, paint, and packaging materials received from customers and suppliers, ensuring their entry into the ERP system, and stacking them correctly in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Determining internal and external warehouse needs according to the production plan and ensuring daily stock accuracy.
• Organizing monthly and daily counts and analyzing system and physical conditions.
• Identifying and planning annual workforce and equipment needs.
• Ensuring the operability of equipment used in the warehouse (forklift, reach truck) and informing the technical team and, if necessary, the service provider company regarding necessary maintenance operations.
• Making efficiency-enhancing suggestions related to the department.
• Preparing instructions and procedures for processes.

• Graduated from university departments related to Material Management, Planning, Logistics, or similar fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations Management, familiar with the dynamics of field operations management.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing companies.
• Preferably, have taken on leadership roles in similar positions.
• Possessing problem-solving, planning, communication, and organizational skills with an analytical approach.
• Proficient in lean and continuous improvement approaches.
• Experienced in process reporting.
• Proficient in using corporate systems such as Microsoft Office.
