Planning Supervisor

Responsible for the Supply Chain integration, by managing the production planning and shipping/receiving

• Create and manage production and material plans based on customer forecasts and orders.
• Monitor customer demand, inventory levels, and production progress to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production plans are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs and provide guidance for employee development.
• Ensure that all processes, Work Instructions (WIs), and data are maintained in compliance with requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related course

• 4-5 years' work experience in Production Planning or Raw Material
• Experience in supervising a team
• Work experience in  plastic packaging is an advantage
• Good English language skills (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills to relate well with  customers and those involved in operations
• Good reporting and presenting skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good leadership, decision making and analytical skills
