Strategic Procurement Manager – General Services Europe (all gender)

• Drive the European sourcing strategy for General Services categories
• Lead tenders, supplier selection processes and contract negotiations with strategic service providers
• Identify savings opportunities, improve service quality and create measurable business value
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and monitor performance through KPIs and service agreements
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Facility Management and Finance teams across Europe
• Drive sustainability, innovation and standardization initiatives within indirect services procurement

• Several years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing
• Experience with service-related categories such as Facility Management, Security, Cleaning, Travel, Fleet, Staffing or Waste Management
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving business challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment
