Strategic Procurement Manager – Maintenance, Repair & Operations Europe (all gender)
What you will enjoy doing
- Develop and execute the European procurement strategy for Maintenance, Repair & Operations
- Lead sourcing projects, supplier selections and contract negotiations with strategic partners
- Drive cost savings, standardization and value creation across ALPLA's European plant network
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations teams to improve plant reliability and asset performance
- Identify innovations in maintenance, digitalization and supplier solutions that create measurable business impact
What makes you great
- Several years of experience in MRO Procurement, Technical Procurement or Category Management within an industrial environment
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Solid understanding of maintenance services, spare parts and industrial operations
- Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- Fluent English and willingness to travel within Europe
