Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities

Main Purpose of the Job:

The successful incumbent should be responsible for promoting company image in the market and to identifying and developing the potential business segment/customer from open market and sales of the product to targeted customers.

  • Follow up current sales projects by defining customers' needs
  • Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities
  • Identifying and developing new business segment/customer in line with / to meet company target
  • Organize regular meetings and visit customers to develop potential business
  • Establishment and maintain customer relationship
  • Coordination with ALPLA group for projects follow-up

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and / or related activities in domestic market and clients
  • Experience in plastic packaging industry and Pharmaceuticals Packaging Industry is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a Must
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good at analytical and presentation capabilities
