Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Customer prospecting in coordination with the sales department
  • Utilize market research, technical and business acumen to develop value added business plans
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contract; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Identify and collaborate with decision makers and influencers beyond procurement
  • Passion for winning, results-oriented attitude, a thoughtful approach to problem solving, and positive energy

Your competencies and qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MBA Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of custom containers


  • Strong analytical skills and pricing experience
  • Technical knowledge of injection molding tooling and polymers
  • Ability to build confidence and support with key prospects and customers
  • Persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation and selling skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the proven ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with customers, leadership, peer and vendors
  • Works cross functionally both internally and externally with customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A self-starter, independent, aggressive and focused
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
