CEO Office Manager

ALPLA Egypt Plastics S.A.E / 10th of Ramadan City / Egypt / Administration

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs of the CEO’s office.
  • Schedule and coordinates internal & external meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas and creates meeting minutes and documentation.
  • Keep CEO regularly informed by reviewing, analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Prepare special reports when needed to present needed data to executives
  • Provide general support to visitors and expats
  • Maintain and develop an updated filing system and database.
  • Ensure compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures.
  • Arrange travel and logistics including booking flights, car rental and hotel accommodations when needed.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent Business English & Arabic, German is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Must be proficient in office management including liaising with premises management, suppliers and contractors
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Experience in budget analysis and management
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
