Customer Care Expert (m/f)

Your responsibilities

The Customer Care Expert supports worldwide all programs related to Quality Assurance and Quality Customer Care (QA & QCC) of processes and products. He/She establishes awareness of quality as an integral part of the managerial functions on corporate, regional and local levels.

  • Support the generation and consolidation of results related to QA performance and activities (KPIs)
  • Derive appropriate actions based on global scorecards, escalations and customer feedback
  • Create the understanding and awareness of Corporate standards in the regions and Technical centers for specification management, validation and process control, test plans and appropriate test methods
  • Support Line Manager to ensure provision and analysis of QA data as well as deduction of needful actions, de-escalate hot spots on repetitive and/or unsolved quality issues, improve product and process quality and stability
  • Provide training for QA tools and techniques as well as customer related trainings and implementations
  • Negotiate customer Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and contracts
  • Keep regular contact and initiate routine meetings with the stakeholders considering customer related issues with the plants, regions, sales team

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Technical background (Bachelor degree or Master)
  • At least two years of professional experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experience in process and product control
  • Experience in applying QA tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
  • Strong training and facilitation skills
  • Excellent English skills are a must, any other language is a plus
  • Team player and service oriented
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 32.000,-- € gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
