Executive Assistant (M / F)

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible to support on day to day office work, travel bookings, follows ups, vouchers, reminders.
  • Maintaining the daily/weekly/monthly schedule by preparing calendars; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
  • Maintains confidence and protects data by keeping information confidential.
  • Should be presentable & smart to deal with senior management & customers
  • File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Secures information by completing database backups.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outlook Management
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point Presentations
  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Confident, assertive whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Ability to meet deadlines
