Your responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and recruitments.
  • Employee Life Cycle activities related documentation
  • Pre-employment medical checkups and Post-employment Background verification
  • Co-ordinate for Induction / Customized inductions
  • Preparing monthly payroll inputs on time in accordance with LMS
  • Ensure new employees were seamlessly oriented and inducted to the organization.
  • Execute employee relations programs like employee meets, company events and team building activities among others to foster employee motivation and a spirit of employee camaraderie.
  • Management of Contract Labour
  • Maintaining and preparation of statutory payments like ESI, PF, and Renewal of factory license
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation relating to personnel details including personnel files, attendance and leave benefits.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing / automation preferred
  • Computer literate (Excel, Power point, Word)
  • Work proactively with other team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Social Security(Group Mediclaim, Group Term insurance and Group Accidental Insurance)
