Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales

Your responsibilities

  • To handle various key accounts
  • Responsible for submitting monthly sales budget to plant head as per agreed timelines
  • To coordinate with Commercial Department in order to get latest prices related to RM, MB, Packaging Material and Freight Cost
  • Submission of accurate costing to respective client on monthly/quarterly basis as per agreed terms.
  • Maintain and Review the Purchase Orders and Order Agreements for all existing customers.
  • Follow up with customer to get Purchase Order and Dispatch Schedule daily/weekly/monthly
  • Coordinate with Various department to ensure smooth execution of order
  • Maintain effective customer relationship and collect feedback from customer on regular intervals to ensure smooth delivery
  • Weekly debtor analysis and payment follow-ups
  • PO Reconciliation
  • Proactively and effectively communicate to concerned department for any changes in product requirement to avoid inventory blockage
  • Sales MIS: Preparation and Submission of Sales Report on Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Graduate / Diploma in Marketing with 3-4 years of sales experience preferably in Manufacturing / Packaging Industry
  • Good Microsoft excel skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
