Executive/Sr. Executive -Training Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Training Need Analysis
  • Preparation of Training Calendar for PAN India
  • Maps out training plans, design and develop training programs
  • Choose appropriate training methods per case (classroom, on-job, simulations, mentoring, coaching, etc.)
  • Designs and prepare educational aids and materials
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
  • Training Portfolio Management, documentation and LMS updation
  • Assess training effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determine the impact of training on employee skills and how it affect KPI’s
  • Half Yearly MIS updation and review
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Evaluate and track existing Training projects and Initiatives.
  • Provide train the trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) Onboarding
  • Coordination with HR

Other duties assigned by management.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Any Graduate /MBA HR
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in training & development
  • Good knowledge on advanced power point presentation and basic MS excel skills
  • Open for national and international travelling
  • Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments
