HR and Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Correct and timely calculation of payroll
  • Review monthly payroll output reports, prevent and correct potential errors in payroll calculation
  • Prepare HR related reports, HR statistics reports
  • Prepare employment contracts and requested HR documents
  • Maintain all relevant HR related data in terms of correctness and completeness
  • Maintain working time & attendance according to legislation and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines
  • Ensure all HR regulations and procedures are up to date
  • Support activities during implementation of new payroll system
  • Act as a point of contact for labour and payroll matters, ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees

Your competencies and qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Practical knowledge of Labour Law, Social Security and Tax Regulations
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail details and analytical skills
  • Experience in implementation of new payroll system, data migration will be an asset
