HR Generalist

Your responsibilities

  • Organizing the main area of human resource management activities in our plants in Croatia/Serbia and Slovenia (approx. 100 employees)
  • Organize and manage independently the education & training of our employees as well as plan further trainings and career programs in accordance with the company's strategic requirements
  • Works closely with the regional HR department to ensures the implementation and execution of the initiated projects
  • Participate in the compilation of the annual business plan of HR related fields according to regional and local HR strategy
  • Responsible for recruitments in the organization and handling of contracts and job descriptions

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Higher commercial education with a focus on human ressources
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience within a production company in a international environment
  • Communication level in English skills, both orally and in writing
  • Very good Knowledge of MS Office programs (excel, word, power point)
  • Ability to work independently, accuracy and reliability
  • Good organization and problem solving skills as well as strategic and innovative attitude
