International HR Development Expert (m/w)

Your responsibilities

  • Global coordination and contact person for Performance Management / Employee Dialogue: System Admin, Training, consultancy and support for HR partners, managers and employees; further development of global standards
  • Contribution in the development and support of a global leadership development program
  • Participation and support in the global implementation of Talent Management
  • Creation of concepts of diverse HR Development instruments
  • Global collaboration with our Regional / Country HR partners with regards to people development topics and projects
  • Design, organization and execution of workshops

Your competencies and qualifications

  • University degree, ideally with focus on Human Resources (Development)
  • Minimum 8 years work experience and strong interest in Human Resources/Organizational Development, moderation and coaching
  • Communicative personality, decision-making skills and persuasiveness
  • Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Strategic thinking
  • Fluent German and English skills, additional language skills are of advantage
  • Resilience and willingness to travel
  • Willing to and experienced in working within an international context
  • Professional MS-Office user expertise
