Your responsibilities

The Key Account Manager is responsible for all business affairs for defined Key Accounts in the Blow Moulding Division, Non Food Sector. He is responsible is the development of the business with his appointed Key Accounts including acquisition of new business. Else he coordinates commercial topics with the functional departments.


  • Customer relationship management
  • Organizes and conducts strategic customer meetings
  • Overview about all projects
  • Handles and coordinates commercial customer requests
  • Preparation and monitoring of sales plans
  • Preparation of calculation and business plans
  • Ownership of commercial process from opportunity, calculation, quotation, follow up, order confirmation and hand over to technical team
  • Assist and supports strategically important initiatives.
  • Assist in internal and external crises and escalation management
  • Seamless cooperation and coordination with Sales team members

Your competencies and qualifications

Education/ Professional Qualifications:

  • Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced technical or commercial education


3-5 years of work experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate with courtesy, yet urgency to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Arabic skills
  • 3rd language preferred
  • Ability to travel as necessary
