Operational Excellence Coordinator

Your responsibilities

Operational Excellence is a strategic target for us. Therefore we implement lean management methods in all operations worldwide:

  • Delivery of structured improvement programmes within a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of successful application of lean methodologies and improvement tools such as 5S, process mapping and problem solving
  • Display the right CI behaviours to inspire all levels of colleagues to drive continuous improvement in their areas
  • Facilitate and participate in improvement projects including Kaizen and SMED workshops
  • Support process owners to implement new tools and improvement projects

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Recognised certification Lean Six Sigma green belt or equivalent (desirable)
  • Hands on experienced, able to diagnose, lead and deliver
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing, up and down the business
  • Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills, highly proficient with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
