Your responsibilities

  • Assists Logistics Manager/Plant Manager on all planning issues
    • Schedules deliveries
    • Compiles daily production plan for the factory
    • Inputs and records figures on computer to compile reports
  • Communicates with customers regarding
    • Deliveries
    • Quantities of material to be received
    • Sampling request
  • Attends planning meetings with customers
  • New project coordination
    • Schedules
    • Ensures material availability
  • Arranges material shipments according to production plans *Ensures adequate finished goods are in warehouse to supply to customer

Your competencies and qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience preferred

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Good computer skills – WinWord, Excel, Power Point
  • Good numerical skills
  • Very strong organizational/troubleshooting skills
