Quality Assurance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Supports customers with regard to all related product quality topics • Responsible for the handling of any customer complaints with liaison with Sales as appropriate • Review the customer complaint and manage the reporting with responsible departments. • Review the analysis, correction & corrective action for customer complaint with the responsible departments. • Coordinate with Sales for the result of investigation & actions for the customer complain. • Organizes and executes quality meetings. • Creates and administers quality relevant product specifications such as inspection plans, specifications, drawings, material supply and packaging instructions including its review • Responsible for maintaining and defining SOPs related to quality department • IPQC data analysis and control (TIG) • Form part of the UK Internal Auditing team • Review monthly incoming material inspection report and summary of new samples report • Coordinates with the related departments for the results of new product trials and evaluations. • Owns and review of policy, procedures and work instructions as part of the QMS system at Milton Keynes • Sustain the 5 S and HACCP protocols • Management of Quality team members and definition of yearly targets • Maintaining Quality budget targets and preparation of Quality budget • Prepares the monthly Quality Performance report “KPI” • Prepares the monthly customer complain & Returned summary report. • Prepares the monthly NCR summary report

Your competencies and qualifications

• Candidate must have a minimum HNC/D in either QA or an Engineering discipline or Sciences field. • Ideally 5 years working experience in a plastic manufacturing company. • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Management within FMCG Sector • Must have working knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 • Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point) • Excellent in verbal and written English.
