Recruiting Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Pre-screening job candidates and referring qualified applicants to Hiring Manager for further interviews
  • Publish job ads for all Missouri plant openings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between managers and candidates
  • Maintaining accurate data via applicant tracking system, and provide appropriate metrics for HR Dashboard and other reporting tools
  • Process incoming emails and phone calls
  • Set appointments and arrange meetings
  • Perform other HR related tasks

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
  • Knowledge, understanding and demonstrable experience with recruiting practices of advertising, Internet sourcing, referrals, Applicant Tracking software, job fairs and other.
  • Professional handling of confidential matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent conflict resolution/negotiation skills.
  • Team-orientated, motivated and ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Ability to follow instructions dependably
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
