What you will enjoy doing
1. Review implementation status, compliance and support to improve on Quality assurance and Integrated management system aspects in Alpla India manufacturing units (Plastic division).
- Product characteristics performance
- Equipment calibration and process validation
- Change management
- Inspection and testing results review & highlight gaps
- Review the data of external providers and ensure correctness and complete ness.
- Define resin MFI testing calendar & ensure compliance to the calendar.
- Monitor and update Approved supplier list.
- Participate & complete the tasks in assigned projects.
What makes you great
- Graduation in CIPET
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality function; preferably in Quality assurance in plastic molding industry or minimum 2 years in corporate quality.
- Experience in food or personal, care products packaging industry shall be preferred.
- Sound knowledge in inspection & testing of plastic molded products.
- Good Communication & Documentation skills in English.
- Internal auditor certificate in ISO 9001;2015 or ISO 22000:2018 shall be preferred.
- Willing to travel across India and work in plants based on the assigned task.
