Manager / Sr. Manager - Accounts


  • Responsible for overall accounting of Pashamylaram, Technical center and Hosur
  • Proper handling of all finance and accounting tasks (e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, bank accounting and assets accounting) including all relevant tax returns
  • Preparation of Budgets as per Alpla Group requirements
  • Preparation of monthly management reports and annual financial statements according to the local regulations as well as Alpla group requirements
  • Account analysis and reconciliation of all Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
  • Preparation of stock reconciliation statement
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise
  • Process and product costing involving finding cost elements associated with each process, Product and validating it at regular intervals
  • Variance analysis of actual costs with standard on monthly basis. 100% Audit Compliance
  • Monthly Profitability and variance analysis with budget and forecast
  • Dealing with all the statutory requirements
  • Effective and timely preparation of Budget
  • Other duties assigned by management.


  • Chartered Accountant
  • 6-7 Years of experience post Qualification, preferred in Manufacturing Plant
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Budgeting
  • Knowledge of Advance MS Excel
  • Costing Skills
  • Communication Skills
