Incoming Material Inspection & Management
- Inspection of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and components against approved specifications.
- Maintain inspection records and report non-conforming materials.
- Ensure proper control, storage, preservation, and replacement of approved artworks.
Finished Goods Inspection & Testing
- In-process and finished goods inspections during production.
- Visual, dimensional, and functional testing as per approved sampling plans and inspection frequencies.
- Identification, segregation, and reporting of non-conforming products.
Line Clearance
- Line clearance before production start-up and product changeovers
- Document inspection and test results in real time.
Validation Support
- Collection of validation samples as per approved protocols.
- Inspections and testing of validation samples.
- Result analysis and creation of validation reports
What makes you great
Education background from Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or plastic technology
Prior experience is not mandatory.
