Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining employee database

  • Anchoring Social security benefits Insurance Plans) organization wide

  • Supporting the annual merit increase exercise for all employees

  • Support in salary administration

  • Framing the SOP’s and Policies

Other duties assigned by management.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Any graduate with 3-4 years of experience in HR especially in handling Compensation and Benefits
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong with numbers
  • Analytically inclined
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong ethics and Discretion
