What you will enjoy doing

As an HR Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful management and implementation of a global HR software solution. In this role, you will ensure that the software supports the company's strategic objectives, is implemented consistently across the world, and meets the needs of all stakeholders (employees, managers, IT, HR, business units, and executive leadership).

  • Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.
  • UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, e.g. employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
  • Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
  • Lead an international project team and promote open and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and milestone delivery, and report regularly to top management.
  • Ensure integration with existing systems and the harmonization of global HR processes.
  • Implement change management and communication strategies; organize training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

What makes you great

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in international implementation projects and strong project and change management expertise; experience with HR systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, or Cornerstone is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills, intercultural competence, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for developing people, delegating responsibility, and building effective structures with an authentic and pragmatic leadership style.
  • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for project implementation assignments (approximately 1–2 weeks at a time).

What you can expect working with us

  • A culture of trust and personal responsibility with freedom to help shape solutions.
  • An interdisciplinary and motivated team that enjoys working together and exploring new ideas.
  • A global company with local roots and a strong focus on sustainability and future technologies.
  • ALPLA Kids full-time childcare for children aged 15 months to 6 years.
  • Recognition for strong performance and support for your growth through the ALPLA Academy.

Legally mandatory note: In line with the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement, the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
