CNC Turning Setter & Programmer
What you will enjoy doing
- Excellent knowledge in Mazatrol Smooth G controller.
- Should be able to create turning and 2D milling programs and execute the same on the machine.
- Excellent knowledge in defining turning process steps, selection of right tools and defining the optimum machining parameters, to create programs and run successfully on the machine.
- Strong knowledge in GD &T. Ability to do precision work on the machine, with accuracies <= 5 Microns.
- Prior work experience in an injection molding tool room is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in maintenance of the machine.
What makes you great
- Diploma in Mechanical.
- Decent communication skills.
- Ability to work well with other departments.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience on Mazak Turning/Turn-Mill center/Integrex
