Learning & Development Specialist
What you will enjoy doing
Learning & Development
- Support annual training needs analysis, planning, implementation, and tracking across MENA.
- Coordinate end-to-end training activities, including logistics, vendors, budgets, attendance, evaluations, and reporting.
- Monitor training KPIs, budgets, mandatory training completion, and learning effectiveness.
- Support IDPs, eSkill Matrix, succession planning, and competency development initiatives.
- Prepare training dashboards and reports for management.
- Coordinate with Regional HR, Country Training Coordinators, and Corporate Academy to support L&D priorities.
- Manage training-related purchase requests and administrative processes.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Support the annual performance management and Employee Dialogue cycle across MENA.
- Support managers and employees in effective goal setting, development planning, and continuous feedback.
- Monitor performance and development actions and identify improvement opportunities.
Employee Engagement & Internal Culture
- Support employee engagement, recognition, CSR, team-building, and internal culture initiatives.
- Contribute to communication initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen company values.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR function.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for people development.
- Experience coordinating training programs and working with learning management systems is an advantage.
- Experience in a multinational environment is highly desirable.
