Finance & Controlling Specialist

You are the structured point of contact for your area. You fully support your colleagues with your organizational skills and make sure stakeholders have the information they need, to take decisions.

• Responsibility for accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, as well as cash and liquidity management
• Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as operational controlling, including working capital management
• Preparation of management reports, analysis of business performance, and development of improvement measures
• Investment planning, asset accounting, accruals, CAPEX controlling and financing projects
• Review of contracts, insurance management and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
• Continuous improvement of internal reporting, planning, and controlling processes
• Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (eg. authorities)

• Several years of professional experience in accounting and controlling, ideally within a manufacturing company
• Excellent IT skills, like D365, Power BI and Excel
• Good knowledge in local GAAP
• Native-level proficiency in Polish, good English skills
• Confident and professional in dealing with external stakeholders
