Your responsibilities

  • Preparation various MIS reports by coordinating with plants with in the agreed timelines
  • Preparation of consolidated Budget reports and supporting the preparation of Budget presentations
  • Preparation of consolidated monthly estimated financials with in the agreed timelines
  • Preparation of consolidated monthly financials along with supporting consolidated data as required by Management
  • Variance analysis of Monthly financials with estimated financials and also with Budgeted financials
  • Preparation of consolidated summary of statutory compliances of all plants with close monitoring with plants
  • Coordination with plants and supporting the plants to ensure preparation of all audit schedules and other necessary data required for preparation consolidated financials as per statutory requirements of Companies Act and Income Tax act
  • Calculation of Advance tax payable as per the Income Tax requirements and depositing the same with in the statutory due dates
  • Reconciliation of GST returns with books of accounts of all plants on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for preparation of annual financial statements as per statutory requirements
  • Review of Fixed assets registers maintained by plants on regular basis and ensuring the correctness of Depreciation calculations
  • Supporting the plans accounts team on various matters on day to day basis

Other duties assigned by management.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (Passed in 1st attempt)
  • 2-3 Years of experience in Manufacturing plant
  • Knowledge of overall accounting and consolidation in Manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
