Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for entire admin activities for Plant.
  • Ensure smooth travel booking (Coordinating with various stakeholders for ticket and hotel booking, identifying vendors and getting competitive rates from them ).
  • Maintaining the files, documents and records as required.
  • To perform other administrative work administration purchases viz. stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets etc. whenever required.
  • Bill processing.
  • Transportation for employees.

Your competencies and qualifications

  • Good Communication Skills ( English, Hindi, Telugu Etc )
  • Smooth functioning of all administrative related function
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Ability to work well with other departments
  • Excellent organizing and coordinating skills
