Project Manager (all genders) – Global HR Software Rollout

What you will enjoy doing

As HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and successfully implementing a global HR software solution—from initial alignment through to the worldwide rollout.
You will ensure that the solution supports our corporate objectives, is implemented consistently across all regions, and meets the requirements of all relevant stakeholders, including employees, managers, IT, HR, business functions, and senior management.

  • You will lead our strategic project “UNITE,” which is already underway, and drive it through to successful implementation.
  • Together with a team of experts, you will be responsible for the scope across the entire employee lifecycle, including master and organisational data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, and onboarding and offboarding.
  • You will coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • You will lead an international project team, define clear roles and responsibilities, and strengthen collaboration across national borders.
  • You will monitor progress, budget, and milestones and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • You will ensure seamless integration with existing systems and drive the harmonisation of global HR processes.
  • You will shape change management and communication, take responsibility for designing and delivering training, and thereby ensure a successful go-live for end users and HR teams.

What makes you great

  • A completed degree (e.g. in business administration or business informatics) or comparable training or qualifications
  • Several years of experience in international implementation projects, combined with strong project and change management expertise
(experience with HR systems such as Cornerstone, Workday, or Oracle HCM is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, intercultural competence, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • A passion for developing people, delegating responsibility, and creating clear structures, combined with an authentic and pragmatic leadership style
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are welcome
  • Willingness to travel during implementation-related project phases

What you can expect working with us

  • International projects that allow you to actively shape the future of our HR landscape.
  • Plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development in a global environment.
  • A culture built on collaboration, trust, and short decision-making paths.
  • Sports and wellness offerings, including the ALPLA Open Gym, to help you stay active beyond work.
  • Attractive additional benefits such as bike leasing and other employee perks.

Legally mandatory note: In line with the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement, the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
