
Intern Change Management and Organizational Development (all gender)
What you will enjoy doing

- Support the development of concepts to involve leaders and employees in change initiatives and gather their feedback
- Assist in the organization and follow-up of internal workshops and training sessions
- Create and analyze surveys to assess engagement and effectiveness
- Develop compelling communication materials, including intranet articles, presentations, and videos, to support change initiatives
- Coordinate and engage with the internal Change Management Community to foster knowledge exchange and best practices
- Contribute your academic knowledge and fresh ideas to ongoing projects
What makes you great
- Advanced studies in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Organizational Psychology, HR, or Change Management.
- Initial experience in facilitating workshops, moderating discussions, or designing engaging presentations (e.g., Flipcharts, PowerPoint)
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for guiding groups
- Passion for topics such as organizational culture, team development, group dynamics, communication
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and appreciative environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conceptual work
- Proactive and independent work style with a flexible mindset
- Logical thinking and ability to visualize content using PowerPoint
- Excellent command of German and English, with additional languages being advantageous
- You are available from June for at least 4 months
