Technician - EBM
What you will enjoy doing
- Verify the production plan and ensure that ongoing production activities are aligned with the scheduled plan
- Ensure that all machines are operating within the defined cycle times and correct any deviations immediately
- Ensure the dosing ingredients are running as per production order.
- Ensure the machine and area around in ideal conditions.
- Verify that the previous day's production reports are completed accurately and reflect all downtimes transparently
- Ensure that 5S standards are consistently implemented and sustained on shopfloor.
- Verify the production report and unplanned downtimes.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure safety at workplace.
- Ensure that team is working with all safety precautions & under HSE rules.
- Ensure the CTO & waste bookings are on time.
- Ensure the cavities are running as per standard production.
- Manpower planning.
- Execute Projects for improvements.
What makes you great
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / CIPET background preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in EBM. Good knowledge of Operational Excellence will be an advantage
- Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Ability to work well with other departments
