- Be an Internal consultant to the organization and lead the organizational development
- Initiatives from the perspective of integrating the business goals and objectives with people practices.
- Designs and applies change management strategies, influences and assists organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies
- Internal Audit of legal compliance and ensuring completion of audit findings
- Strengthen the overall compliance and also increasing the awareness among HR
- Coordinating and corresponding with Audit firm for Audits and closure of Audit
- Monitoring of unit wise personnel cost
- Conducting HR performance / monthly reviews
- Build consultative relations with all stakeholders to create an environment of excellence & improvement
- Drive the development and implementation of reward and recognition strategies that foster a high performance organization and support the attraction and retention of top performers
- Maintain a legislative and regulatory compliant Human Resources function.
- Drive performance review and probation evaluation programs translating these to the high performance culture required.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis

- Full time MBA with min. 12+ years of working exp. Preferably in Manufacturing / Pharma / Automotive Industry
- Advance Knowledge of MS Excel
- Be up to date with the latest Human Resources programs and tools.
- Ability to develop clear, actionable steps from overall strategy
- High interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
