Business Development Manager
What you will enjoy doing
- Acquisition of new customers and develop potential business
- Follow up current sales projects by defining customers' needs
- Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities
- Identifying and developing new business segment/customer in line with / to meet company target
- Establishment and maintain customer relationship
- Market analysis on customers and competitors
- Participation in tenders and follow up actions in offers, negotiations, project follow ups
- Negotiations of all kinds of price, contracts, etc
- Elaboration of business plans and article calculations
- Support and advise Regional Management in all kinds of decisions
- Coordination all kind of customer requests and issues which covers commercial tasks e.g. international tenders, finance, operations, quality or technics
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and related field
- Min. 8+ years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and / or related activities in domestic market and clients
- Experience in rigid packaging industry
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data using various tools and techniques
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems using data-driven insights
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), and familiarity with marketing technologies
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business objectives and how marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good at analytical and presentation capabilities
