QA/QC Manager

Quality Assurance

• Implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 15378 and other relevant standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Responsible for disposition and release of finished goods to customers

Quality Control:

• Implement effective quality control measures to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage the quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet specifications.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Develop and implement quality control plans for new products and processes.

Food Safety:

• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and guidelines, such as HACCP.
• Implement effective sanitation and hygiene practices.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

• Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and well-being among his department.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor team performance.

Customer Relations:

• Work closely with customers to address quality issues and concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, with proven experience in a QA/QC Manager or equivalent leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, SPC, CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory and quality testing equipment, including calipers, scales, digital height gauges, and compression force testing equipment.
• Strong manufacturing and customer quality experience, including complaint handling and corrective actions.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and SPC systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under work pressure.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
