What you will enjoy doing
We are looking for a visionary and strong leader to head our Project Management Department for Product Development. In this key position, you will be responsible for the development of innovative products—from the initial idea to successful market launch. The focus is not only on technical aspects but also on economic, ecological, and market-related requirements.
- Overall responsibility for the Product Development unit - personnel, technical, and financial
- Definition and implementation of strategic goals and ensuring efficient project execution
- Further development of the organizational and process structure in close coordination with the STUDIOa leadership
- Establishment and promotion of an innovation-driven, agile, and service-oriented development culture
- Management of interdisciplinary product development projects from concept to market launch
- Ensuring technical, ecological, and economic requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Sales, Design, IT, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other Corporate Functions
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility for documentation, evaluation, and decision-making basis for the industrialization of new products
- Support and development of the technical and personal growth of employees and team leaders
- Taking on own development projects as part of the leadership role
What makes you great
- Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience with strong leadership competencies
- Visionary perspective on product development and leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Holistic understanding of organizational structures and high social adaptability
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence
- Confident demeanor and a structured, solution-oriented working style
