Maintenance Chief - İzmir/Tire

Managing mechanical, electrical, mold shop and infrastructure maintenance teams

Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans

Conducting breakdown and root cause analyses, providing permanent solutions

Planning and executing machine, mold and infrastructure investments

Managing spare parts procurement and stock control

Coordinating and monitoring external maintenance service providers

Managing shifts, leave, performance and training processes of maintenance staff

Implementing energy management system practices

Ensuring legal compliance and reporting related to energy management

Preparing budget planning, cost control and efficiency reports

Ensuring compliance with HSE, Environment, Quality and Food Safety standards

Leading continuous improvement and efficiency projects (5S, OPEX etc.)

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in a production environment (preferably in plastic injection)

Experience with computer-controlled machine systems

Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Good command of English

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Strong leadership and organizational capability

Record-keeping and reporting skills

Preferably residing in İzmir/Tire or nearby locations
