As Head of Human Resources you are implementing our Global HR Strategy, creating a great place to work and building up a professional and well-performing People Management.
- Act as strategic partner to the regional & local management team and support them in the implementation of the company strategy.
- Represent the company towards external partners and public authorities and ensure legal compliance in all HR topics.
- Recruit and select new employees whilst ensuring succession planning is in place.
- Work closely with management team to improve employee work relationships, engagement, retention and performance.
- Develop and implement HR processes and policies in cooperation with the Regional HR Manager to meet organizational needs.
- Initiate and coordinate effective training and development programs.
- Provide leadership, guidance and professional development opportunities to your team.
- Report and monitor all HR related key performance indicators.
Lo que te hace genial
- University degree in HR, business, economics or similar education
- 5 years in-depth professional HR experience in various HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labour Relations, Payroll) within a manufacturing Company
- Ideally HR experience in an international global environment
- Sound understanding of legal relationships
- Passionate about the growth of the whole company and team spirit promoter
- Hands-on mentality, self-starter attitude and trusted individual
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with all levels
- Excellent English skills
