You may focus on attracting, selecting, and hiring the right people to meet both current and future business needs. including to following:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels
- Actively source, screen and interview candidates to build a strong pipeline of qualified applicants
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain a robust applicant tracking system and generate relevant recruitment reports
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and legal compliance in talent acquisition
- Promote the ALPLA employer brand and support employer branding initiatives
What makes you great
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Interviewing and evaluation skills, Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both Thai and English
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software, MS Office
- Passion for talent management and a proven track record of successful hires
- Stakeholder management (working closely with hiring managers)
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools is a plus
