OPEX Manager
What you will enjoy doing
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous process improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Apply Lean tools (7 Wastes, JIT, VSM, Kanban, FIFO, 5S, Problem Solving)
- Support the achievement of Key Business Drivers and Strategic Initiatives
- Plan and execute improvement projects & Kaizen workshops
- Lead workplace organization & layout optimization
- Co-lead implementation and sustainability of 5S
- Propose / implement best practices & benchmarking
- Evaluate & introduce new Lean methods/tools
- Establish idea management & reward systems
- Deliver OPEX training & support employees
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead communication campaigns & awareness of OPEX initiatives
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working in a Lean environment and leading Lean initiatives is required.
- Strong methodological knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is preferred.
- Strong coaching and training capabilities in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and OPEX tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
