1. End-to-End Logistics Operation Management
Oversee national logistics to improve efficiency and control costs:

• Planning & Order Management – Forecast demand, identify risks, optimize EDI to ALPLAPROD, and drive IT digitalization.

• Warehouse Management – Apply global standards, improve layout & turnover, and manage equipment for all plants.

• Transportation – Optimize resources, cut invalid logistics costs, and build efficient networks.

• Secondary Packaging – Standardize processes, boost cycle efficiency, track reusable materials, and choose solutions based on total cost of ownership.

2.Continuous Optimization & Project Management

• Lead and execute various logistics optimization projects and new plant logistics system construction projects.
• Conduct special scenario analysis and emergency response for critical operational incidents and provide data-based decision support for logistics strategy adjustment.

3.Communication & Customer Collaboration

• Maintain long-term and efficient communication with customers on all logistics-related matters, deeply explore customer supply chain demands, and optimize end-to-end customer supply chain collaboration mode to improve customer satisfaction and supply chain synergy.

4.Team Building & Talent Development

• Take charge of talent training and development for the country logistics team, and ensure optimal person-job alignment.

5.Operational Emergency Support

• Adopt a hands-on working style, take the initiative to intervene and solve high-urgency logistics operational problems, ensure the rapid resolution of on-site emergencies

• 10+ years of supply chain and logistics management experience in manufacturing industry, packaging industry experience and multinational enterprise working background is highly preferred;
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain financial logic;
• Good command of Power BI, Excel and other reporting & analytics tools, Strong data analysis and trend judgment capability;
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation for warehouse, transportation and field operations.
• Capable of developing digital solutions for clients and streamlining daily workflows.
• Excellent Strategic thinking and project management capability;
• Proactive, accountable, result-oriented and hands-on working style, able to take responsibility for national logistics operational results;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin are mandatory;
