- Coordinate mold design, sampling, qualification, and testing.
- Resolve technical issues and optimize product/process performance.
Material & Process Optimization
- Qualify new materials and additives.
- Drive cycle-time and weight reduction initiatives.
Project Management
Project Execution
- Lead projects from initiation to production handover.
- Manage scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure effective communication and project execution.
Project Control
- Monitor progress, quality, cost, and timing.
- Ensure approvals and timely project closure.
What makes you great
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development and/or project management, preferably within the plastic injection molding or packaging industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of plastic raw materials, injection molding, packaging technologies, and mold construction.
- Practical knowledge of product development and mold qualification processes.
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional project coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
