What you will enjoy doing
- Through knowledge of Document Control Management system.
- Ability to write required SOP, forms and check sheets and able to formulate context of the QMS and Quality Manual.
- Thoroughly conversant with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP standards and ability to establish required standards & systems at the plant.
- Hands on in conducting Internal Audits.
- Ability to support and resolve chronic system issues at the plant.
- Instrumental to conduct PFMEA Gap analysis.
- Robust knowledge of Root Cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Should be able to drive continuous improvements.
- Having problem-solving ability.
- Strong training skills.
- Ability to conduct Risk analysis.
- Ability to drive change control.
What makes you great
- 7 – 8 Years of Hands-on experience in handling Quality Management System (preferably from Food & Pharma Industry)
- Good English communication Skill ( speaking and writing).
- Good hands on knowledge om MS Excel, PPT and MS Word.
- Ability to handle tough situations with internal and external customers.
- Flexible / open to travel extensively whenever required.
