Junior Commercial Project Analyst
What you will enjoy doing
In this position, you will support the Head of Program Management and Business Development in finance and legal tasks. You will also be responsible for carrying out projects on your own. Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Effect and conduct financial analysis and operational reporting activities
- Preparing and checking legal documents such as sales & purchasing agreements and other legal contracts
- Preparation of finance-related information and presentations for the senior management
- Efficient e-mail and phone correspondence in English with colleagues at our global headquarter and other ALPLA entities
- Conduct administrative tasks and office management tasks
- Rolling out and steering commercial projects within Asia
What makes you great
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related, legal, and/or administrative function
- Basic legal experience
- Experience in an international manufacturing company is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
- Computer literate, with a good understanding of Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize in a fast-moving business environment
