Technician-IM (Tech - I / II)
What you will enjoy doing
• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging
• Report any deviation in the m/c operation or product to supervisor immediately
• Assists Machine/Shift Supervisor/Mould change team with mold/color changes as needed
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5'S' in and around the machine and within department
• Follow all Safety norms
• Control and monitor the contract labour in shifts
• Monitor Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.
• Performs regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks
• Ensure rejected Caps are stored in rejection bin only
What makes you great
Qualifications / Experience:
• Minimum qualification - Diploma in Mechanical / CIPET-DPT
• Experience - (1-2 Years), Fresher can also apply.
• Industry Preference - Plastic Packaging.
