Accounting Supervisor
What you will enjoy doing
- To process transactions (like AP/AR monitoring, cashiering, journal entries, invoice issuance, and check preparation)
- To keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll,
- Purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Accounting Officer
- Maintain database in the accounting system such as new customers, and new articles
- Pay vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Reconcile outstanding accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile taxable PP.30/PP.03/PP53/P54/PP36 and ensure the on-time submission
What makes you great
- Graduated in bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2. 5 years' work experience in accounting preferably in a multinational manufacturing company In-depth
- knowledge in finance and accounting transactions and procedures
- Expert in financial and accounting statements Proficient in using computer and Microsoft office
- Good command in English
- Able to work under pressure
