What you will enjoy doing
Join our Regional Quality Assurance Team and drive standards, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Support and further develop quality systems and standards across multiple sites in the region
- Support local QA teams in audit preparation, assessments and compliance-related topics
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause analysis using established QA methods
- Support plants in quality planning, testing methods and process control activities
- Analyse quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance and training on quality tools, standards and best practices
- Support customer complaint handling and quality-related troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate closely with production, OPEX and local QA teams across the region
What makes you great
- Degree in Quality, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing, ideally in packaging, automotive or pharma
- Good understanding of quality methods and tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, SPC and audits
- Experience with complaint handling, testing procedures and process control
- Structured and practical approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting local teams through collaboration, training and knowledge sharing
- Proactive and reliable way of working
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Very good English skills
- Readiness to travel up to 30% within the CEEU region
