The Technical Project Engineer will support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation and decoration projects across ALPLA plants in India. The role involves coordinating with machine suppliers, internal stakeholders, and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with ALPLA's technical and quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute automation and decoration projects across ALPLA manufacturing facilities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate with machine suppliers during design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and acceptance phases.
- Travel to supplier locations and ALPLA plants for project reviews, inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), installation, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with ALPLA engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, technical specifications, and project status updates.
- Support process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology upgrades.

Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project management within manufacturing, automation, packaging, plastics, or industrial engineering environments.
- Experience in automation equipment, machine integration, or industrial projects is preferred.
- The role is based in Mumbai and requires frequent travel to machine suppliers and ALPLA manufacturing plants across India for project execution, commissioning, and technical support.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and project execution.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage technical discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively to supplier locations and ALPLA manufacturing plants.
