Technician Production (Blow Molding)
What you will enjoy doing
- Execution of Production plan (blow molding) and to achieve targeted OEE and NEE.
- Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time.
- Targeted wastage reduction.
- Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same.
- Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process Stability
- Effective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.
- Ensure cleanliness of machinery and 5S on production shop floor.
- Issuance and reconciliation of Material (RM,MB, Packing Material) as per Job Order.
- Daily monitoring and clearance of Hold Material and reduction of hold percentage on monthly basis.
- Maintain KPI of respective Technology
What makes you great
- 1 - 3 years of experience in plastic blow molding or any related manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the manufacturing and distribution efficiency
- Ability to handle a large and tight volume with a dynamic planning schedule
- Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety are an advantage
